Yep, thats what mine looked like. I had the same question about my RIRs and was told they looked like "production reds"

Here is a pic of my girls at just about 3 weeks.
They are 6 weeks now so I will see if I can post an updated photo for you to see the difference.

these are the same chicks at 5 weeks old.
