Wont Change my Profile Pic ?

I've been trying to change my profile picture but whenever I upload it. My ordinal picture is still there but squashed

so then I have to click on the same Profile Pic and then it turns it back into normal. But I would like to change my Profile Picture and it is not allowing me. Has anyone else been experiencing the same problem ? and BYC admins can you please look into this ?

Press and hold the ctrl button and hit F5 a couple time. That's the only way I've been able to change it.
