Okay, so we finished the coop finally on Saturday I think it was and then moved the chicks out to it. They are roughly 10 weeks now I think. Well they won't come out of the coop! I have a small door that I can latch open or shut and I have been opening it each morning and shutting it each night. When will they get over their fear of going outside??? We did have one outside in the back of the run on the second day. But you could tell she must have come out by accident and was scared to death when I went to catch her and put her back in.

Any suggestions?

Are you feeding and watering them in the coop?
I would honestly think they will come out, just give them time

Put a tiny bit of the basic feed outside the coop door, so your chickies will be happy to find that food is also outside. Keep your treats inside the coop, for those evenings you want to be sure they will go home.
