Wow! It looks great! Did I notice that you have used croket mallets as roost sticks outside in the run? Also noticed what looks like electrical wire behind the outside waterer. Does that heat the water? If not, what is it's function? How many eggs a day do you get with your crew? Do you think your ducks lay more than the chickens?
Thanks,

The electical wire behind the waterer goes to the pump on the pond, and the 5 girls tat are just over a year old lay on average 4 eggs a day, the 6 smaller chickens and the 2 ducks are about 7 or 8 weeks old and have a while before they will lay.

oh and yes on the croket mallets

Do your ducks and chickens share the same living space?

At this time yes, I am thinking about building a "dog house" for the ducks.
