One is actually on the roost and they other two are sleeping on the poop board. I can handle that. They had been sleeping in the corner of the run instead of going into the coop at night. so I put in a little battery operated night light and one of them went in on her own. The other two stayed huddled in their corner, so I physically picked them up and tossed them in. They stayed. When I say they were situated for the night, I turned off the light.
