Woozers, goslings grow fast..

They sure do grow fast. This is our first time with geese and so far we love them. I keep them in a Rubbermaid tote. We have two.. They are about 2.5 weeks old. How long do I need to keep them under a light for and how long before they can usually go outside. It's still cooler here as we live in Maine.

Don't they grow like weeds? I used to just sit there and watch them grow. I kept my goslings inside for 4 weeks, which was one week too long. I moved their heat lamp outside with them at 4 weeks, but only used it for less than a week. I believe mine were fully fledged by 6 weeks and once that happens they don't need the heat lamp anymore.
