Anyone else notice the little guy's right hind hoof? It's just sorta...flopping.

I dunno much about horses, so I dunno if that's normal/common or not in a newborn foal.. Could be, I guess, kinda like how contracted tendons is fairly common in baby goats.

Anyway, I just noticed it and sorta though...yikes...that doesn't look right.

I have seen contracted tendons very often in baby race horses. they are bred to be huge and are rather squished the last few weeks lol. I have never seen a racehorse baby that dident out grow it in a few weeks. in theory a mini could have the same problem, but Ive never delt with mini babies.
 
Yea I thought I noticed something with his hind end didn't look right
