World's dumbest thing I probably did, my dad thought an egg was rotten

So an egg was completely black and my parents thought it was rotten. So I offered to open it up to show them (dumb thing). And when I opened it the membrane was all white and thick, so I just gently poked the egg, it squirmed. I freaked out and put the egg in the incubator with a warm wet piece of towel paper on it too keep it warm. Are there any MAJOR concerns? Infection will not occur because I sterilized everything in the bator before I put the eggs in.

keep the humidity up adn teh egg wrapped in damp paper towel and leave it alone. It may come out ok. If there isn't any bleeding you might not have done as much damage as you think. They are tough little things.
