Okay, I must be reeeeeally stupid, but I am having just soooooooooo much trouble finding what people on this forum have recommended............that being "5%, oil-based, cattle, pour-on Ivermectin".
Someone told me "Smith Poultry Supply just had it on sale for $29.99"..............but when I called them, what they have is "on-sale for $29.99" is
"injectable" Ivermectin.
Someone else told me they "just got the cattle pour-on at RivivalAnimal.com"...............but when I go to 'that' website, they
have a 250ml bottle of blue, liqiud (NOT oil-based) cattle, pour-on.................but, is this the correct thing???

I went to my local TSC "and" my local Agway Feed...........and no one has any idea what I'm talking about when I ask for
"5%, oil-based, cattle, pour-on Ivermectin"!!
The Agway 'did' have the same 250ml bottle of "cattle pour-on" as RivivalAnimal.com..........but nowhere does it say "5%".......and nowhere does
it say "oil-based"! It appears to be a thin, blue liquid, just like I see on the RivivalAnimal.com website.

What am I missing here please????
I am picturing an oil-based product like the Frontline I put on my dogs each month. Something that is absorbed into the
fat layer below the dog's skin.

I am soooooooooooooooooooo confused.
Can 'anyone' please clarify the fact that what I am finding as 'cattle pour-on' is NOT 5%, nor oil-based???
Help please..........

The only cattle pour-on I know of is the blue one. I use that on my chickens...0.2cc on the bantams and 0.4cc on the large fowl. It works great.

You can also use the "injectable" and give it orally. I'm not sure on the dosing though since I don't use that one.
