Looks like my birds have worms. I have never dealt with them before so I need some help for treatment please. I also noticed what I think are red mites. :(

That looks like tapeworms which are best treated with praziquantel. That is found in the horse wormer Equimax found in feedstores. Dosage is 0.16 ml for a 5 pound chicken. You may ask for a 1 ml needle-less syringe at most pharmacies, especially Walmart, that is used to give baby medicines. That would make dosing easier. I will tag @dawg53 as well for any more advice. Make sure to look for earthworms, snails, slugs, fly larvae, and other things that may be the intermediate hosts that chickens eat to get tapeworms. Also check your other chickens’ droppings, since not all may have tapeworms. Usually you will see small white dots moving around in the dropping, and those are the segments.

Eggcessive called it, definitely tapeworms. Follow her directions regarding the Equimax. Give it orally to the chicken(s) that excreted the tapeworm strands/segments. Then repeat dosing in 10-14 days.

As far as the red mites go; remove bedding from the coop including nest boxes and burn or dispose of it far away from the coop.
You can use Permethrin dust or Permethrin 10% liquid concentrate to spray the inside of the coop or dust inside the coop, your choice. You'll also have to either dust or spray all your birds.

Are the eggs I’ve collected in the last few days before noticing the worms still edible?

Should I treat all chickens? I don’t know for sure what chicken it’s coming from.
What is the egg withdrawal period?

The eggs are safe to eat prior to worming. Generally there's a 14 day withdrawal period after using Equimax.
It is not necessary to worm all of your birds when dealing with tapeworms, only the birds showing tapeworm segments in feces, see pic:

Chickens eat insects which are host to tapeworms. Then the chicken becomes infected. Not all insects are tapeworm infected, neither will the chicken be infected.
It's up to you if you want to treat all your chickens or not.
