Worms/ How to use ivomec injectable for cattle swine 1% ivermectin

Just brought home a new chicken and it pooped worms. (just our luck) The forum is unclear to me on how to use, ivomec 1% injectable for silkie bantams ivomec for worming the forum is unclear in mouth with oil ,without oil on skin, in water, ect. I would like to know how to put in mouth or the most effective way and the proper dosages. Im just not sure what to do, based on the articles I read in forum. Any help would be appreciated.

I didn't know you could give chickens ivomec. It dosen't mean you can't i just don't know. We use Piperzine or Wazine. It just goes in the water.
