Hi all… I’m going to save you from looking at a picture of what I just saw, but I am really curious to know if this is normal or if I need to medicate my birds. I was just sitting outside of the coop watching my girls and one of them pooped (runny) right in front of the door. When she moved to the side, I noticed a small squirmy little worm wiggling around in her poop. Does this mean she’s sick? I haven’t noticed any other symptoms, so I’m not sure if this is normal or if I need to treat them all with something. I appreciate the thoughts

Always post a photo so we can see what type of worm or perhaps if it was a maggot.
Excreted worms cannot survive outside the host.
