Worms-lethargic hen(SOS)

If you're going to deworm, I'd do the whole flock.

Is she still dragging her wings and limping? Look her foot over really well for indication of a cut, bruising or swelling.

The lump on the side of the nostril could be from sticking her beak through wire, rubbing on a feeder or something like that. It's one of those things I personally wouldn't mess with, but just monitor.
Wow dewormer and crushed up vitamin B complex.. helped not only her but the entire flock..! They are perky, and have red and vibrant crowns, thx for all your help!

Same symptoms -- What dewormer and how did you end up dispensing it (and dose for the flock)? We used the low dose SafeGuard and seemed to not make an effect,. Need to try a different game plan :)

@moconnell very likely the OP used either Safeguard or Valbazen.

Safeguard liquid goat dewormer or equine paste dose is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days in a row.

Valbazen dose is 0.08ml per pound of weight given orally once, then repeated in 10 days.
