All Hale GARLIC!!!
Yes Garlic. My two babies had been poorly with a sort of worm that has no known treatment and only the young are affected by it. As them things fester in the gizzard they cause all kinds of discomfort: insane mucus, weird poop, blocked or runny "noses", coughing, sneezing, rotten smell about the birds etc. Until about a week ago, i stumbled upon someone talking about garlic and hey presto, 2 days in the babies were feeling much better so i have persevered with treatment. It is day 6 and there are less and less of those blighters in the poop and i hardly hear sneezing.
