I just posted about my chicken who hasn’t been feeling well for a while. I know it’s gross, but she just pooped on me. Does it look like she has worms?

I saw on your last post you gave her dewormer. If she had worms she would be expelling them most likely. I don't see them, but I've never seen them in person.

It looks like there are a couple of worms, maybe a large roundworm and definitely what looks to be a cecal worm. I wish there was a more close up photo though.
It would be best to get all your birds started either on safeguard liquid goat wormer or valbazen liquid cattle/sheep wormer right away.

I read the other thread. Durvet Strike lll wormer has to be eaten by a certain amount in order to be effective. The problem is that sick chickens dont eat. If they do eat, it's usually very little, or not at all.
Administering a liquid wormer orally, either one I mentioned in my last post guarantees that chickens were properly dosed, no questions if it were effective or not.

You could try cider vinegar, I use it on a regular bases for my flock and dogs. Add a bit to her water while she is taking other meds.

Thank you all so much! I’m sorry I don’t have a closer picture, but are there any specific medications I can give her myself? She’s losing weight and she’s not eating on her own.
