Worms

Vetryx Poultry Aid is a good one. You can use it in their waters so they can drink it, or you could just use it directly on the chicken.
Another one is Verm-X Pellets Health Supplement are pellets your chickens can eat.
You could find both of these on amazon. Although, last time I checked, the pellets were out of stock. I'm not sure if they're in stock again, but you could check. These may not be the best, but they are pretty good!

What makes you want to deworm them? You should know if they have worms and what kind they have before making that decision.

Saw one of my hens stretching its neck and opening its beck wide open. Unsure what type of worms, but know they can get Roundworms, Tapeworms, Threadworms, Gapeworms, Cecal worms and Eyeworms, so would like something that is broad-spectrum. Is it true I would have to treat my chickens twice a year for worms?

Sometimes chickens yawn and stretch their necks to adjust their crop.
You can gather fecal samples, place them in a ziplock bag and take it to a vet and have them check for worm eggs with a microscope. Then treat your birds accordingly with one of the wormers I previously mentioned if worm eggs are found on the slide.

I thought i posted this last night, but apparently not. Repeating what Dawg said. :)

Some chicken keepers deworm regularly, and some only deworm based on fecal examination or symptoms. It is a matter of philosophy. What you describe could be gapeworms, but it could also be normal crop-clearing behavior.

And I hate to say it, but excessive yawning and stretching can also be signs of a bacterial infection, or in some cases, Marek's.
