Have never come across worms in any of our hens poop but found this today. We have a total of 5 hens. Our oldest hen (2 years old) sleeps in a nesting box so I know which hen this came from. Does this mean all of them have worms? What do we need to do? Attached are photos of the droppings/worms.

Those are roundworms. I would treat the whole flock, they are easily picked up in the environment. You can use Safeguard liquid goat wormer, Safeguard horse paste, or Valbazen (labeled for cattle). Safeguard is often available locally, Valbazen usually has to be ordered online.
For roundworm dosing for Safeguard is .23ml per pound of bird weight, given orally, repeat dose in 10 days. Oral syringes are usually available at Tractor Supply stores or some feed stores, or you can ask at a pharmacy, no rx is needed for an oral syringe.
Valbazen dose is generally .5ml for a standard sized bird, given orally, and repeat dose in 10 days. (actual math for dosing Valbazen is weight in pounds/2.2 X 20 / 113.6 - So a 6 pound bird would get .48 ml, round to .5 for ease of dosing)
For the liquid medications, make sure you shake them up well before drawing a dose, they settle out.
This link has info on safely giving liquid medications:
