Worms?

One of my hens has lost weight and today I found these in the nesting box. She is separated from the others but not sure if she is going to make it. Please help

Those are maggots. I'd check her for fly strike immediately.

Flystrike is when flies lay maggot larvae on poopy vents or on injuries or cuts. Those do look like maggots. I would get i
her into a dish pan or sink full of warm soapy water or Epsom salts. Try to get any maggots off her. Look closely and use tweezers if needed. Then dry her. Use Vetericyn, or plain Neosporin on her vent. Repeat the soak in morning, and get each maggot off. Look again later, and if needed repeat. Look at other chickens’ vents and clean them up if needed. Treat for flies. Summertime is a time for flystrike. Here is a good article about maggots:
