are these worms? She isn’t well: diarrhea, not as active, will stand with her eyes closed throughout the day but is still alert, will drink a lot, eats a little (won’t eat flock raiser crumble but will eat some if I wet it down). She is isolated. On day three. I’ve taken her outside the garage with her flock and she will use some energy to scratch a little and peck here and there but just stops and stands.

Looks like stringy urates.

She's not well. When was her last egg? Have her eggs been normal?

Drinks a lot - is her crop emptying overnight? If not, then begin addressing that symptom. https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...w-to-know-which-one-youre-dealing-with.73607/

She’s 5 months and started laying recently. Last egg was about a week ago. I’ve felt twice for an egg or anything in her vent but there wasn’t anything. Her stomach feels fine: not extended, squishy or full of fluid. Feels like the others. Oddly, this morning her crop didn’t completely empty. I gave her avocado oil in her water (are all oils as effective?) and massaged her for the first round. Provided her yogurt and watered down crumble feed since she needs all the nutrients she can get for energy. Every so often she will shake her head like she’s trying to get a fly off the side of her face. Last a few minutes.

The oil in the water is o.k. I usually give mine chunks of coconut oil, they will eat it right up and love the taste.

If the crop has not emptied by morning again, then I'd begin treating that symptom.

The shaking of the head - can you look inside her beak to make sure there's no lesions or canker? (Yellow/white pasty/mucousy patches).

Also, look inside her ears for any signs of infection, mites or pus.

Ears are clear. Mouth looks good. I just did a round of coconut oil as per the link recommendation. The follow poop looked like this. I just posted a question regarding it. Lash material? Or just passing an egg with limited energy? Her abdomen is still normal.

I think it looks a little like lash. She' awfully young for that.

Is she getting enough calcium? I've lost a 2 pullets in the past to reproductive issues shortly after they started laying.

It can't hurt to start giving her some calcium citrate with vitamin d.
Especially if that is egg material and she is possibly having an issue making shells.

I thought she was young for lash too. It’s possible she passed a soft egg while in the coop 4 days ago but I have 11 so who knows. She’s been drinking a lot and not eating a whole lot. She’s been taking yogurt and all flock mash (crumble and water) but not enough in my opinion. I’ve given for a little nutridrench today. I don’t think she gets enough calcium other than that. I doubt she takes the oyster shells I have available. Sorry. That was a bit scrambled. Haha no pun intended.

Definitely shove some calcium down her beak. Some of my girls don't like oyster shell. So I wash the egg shells and crumble them and they eat them right up.
