Worms??

I recently potted some marigolds and put some chicken poop in the dirt. This morning I noticed worms all over the pot and in the water underneath. I'm assuming this means my chickens have worms??

Do I need to deworm my dogs also?
What should I do about the flowers?
I have 5 new chickens maybe 12 weeks old can I deworm them too?

P.s. The worms looked like rice and I used soil from my yard.

Ok I did more research and now I'm thinking they're maggots from fly larva in the chicken poop.....

What to do?

My flock has never been deformed. I've never noticed anything in their poop. I do use ACV.
