Hello everyone
I have a rooster about 1.5 years old . I noticed this 2days ago . Is there something wrong with it's feet ?? What should I do about it. It can still walk fine but I am worried if there are any problems. Both foot have this problem. My mother applied Turmeric Powder with mustard oil at night as it works as natural anti oxidant.

Vets are not available in my place so it would be really helpful if anyone can advise me on this

Thank you

That is a bumblefoot scab, an abscess where bacteria has entered the skin through a tiny cut. The feet can be soaked in warm soapy water for 20 minutes for a day or two, then apply a disinfectant, and the scab may be removed . Then try to squeeze out the core of the abscess. Sometimes it may require use of a scalpel to get to the abscess. If you read this article there is more information:

That looks like bumble foot. It is a staph infection that can occur from a scrape, poke, cut or any type of abrasion. I would say soak in epsom salt for 10-15 mins. Then after the soak Try to pull the scab or plug out and pack the hole with neosporin without pain relief and wrap his foot in vet wrap. If the plug does not come out still apply neosporin and wrap it, and then next time you soak, try to pull it out again. Keep him in a dry clean area and repeat treatment at least once a day until healed.
