Worried about my horse...

I second the second opinion. Education or not, vets are only people also and can make mistakes or just flat do sloppy work. You know things aren't right and are not getting better. until you get a vet that changes both of those you have not found the vet you or your horse need. I am not knocking your vet at all but a diagnosis requires observation and nobody notices everything all the time. the leg may be broken, but did he determine how the leg got broken? Did it result in any other injuries that have not yet been found?
