Worried about the heat with my Cornish Cross

I have 15 Cornish Cross' right now that are 2 weeks old. They're growing like crazy, just like they should. My plan all along has been to tractor them, moving them to a different part of the yard each day. But, it's 100-105 here in Texas right now, and most of my yard is un-shaded for most of the day. Their tractor will have a plywood roof on it, so they'll be shaded from above, but it will still be super hot.

Am I better off just building them a pen in a part of my yard that's shaded most of the time? Or will they be fine in the tractor.

Thanks,
Peter

In that kind of heat, I would leave them somewhere shaded. Make sure they have cool fresh water all the time. Being designed to grow lazy and fat, they need plenty of water, more so I would think than other chickens.
Lots of chicken keepers give their birds frozen veggies to cool them off.
Good luck!
