Worried about this Buff

Let me start by saying she is eating and drinking and laying eggs. She is also lethargic, moving slowly, and hardly leaves the coop. She seems super puffy for lack of a better word and has an abundance of downy feathers low on her body as you can see in the photo. Any ideas? Should I be worried? She has been like this for three or four days.
