Ok so this is my first winter with my babies. And they are still young. They will be a year old in February. They stay perched outside at night even if its been close to freezing. Im worried that they will get sick. Should I build an inclosed perching area? They dont have a perch in the hen house.

Don't worry about winter. They won't get sick if they don't get wet. Worry about predators.
You do need a roost in the coop.

Put a roost inside the hen house, and a secure door on it - close it each night. I agree with chickencanoe - if your birds aren't kept inside a secure pen (including roof), you won't have to worry about them being too cold at night...you're going to have worry about them being too dead, because soon enough a predator will find them.
