Worried Chicken Mom

Hi all,
Sometimes I notice one of my chicks has it’s mouth open like this. It happens on and off. Behavior is normal other than that, she eats and drinks normal. She is active and pecks around all day.

I am just worried and want to check if this may be any signs of respiratory issues. Any feedback is appreciated.

They open their beaks and pant like that when they’re hot, they also lift their wings little away from their bodies. Make sure she has access to water and a shady spot to go to where she can get out of the sun. As long as she’s eating and drinking and acting otherwise normal I wouldn’t worry.

That’s a relief! Thank you so much. Added an extra pot of fresh water around the coop just to be safe.
