worried ... help

i am hatching eggs we are on the 20th day and we have had two hatch the last two days and one hatched today. but i am worried about it because it has a strand of green looking stuff with whitish yellow balls in it and it aslo had a redish pink strand with the green one ... i am worried i thought it would fall off but i have been watching it for a few hours adn it is still stuck on it.... help pleae

It sounds like the umbilical cord and the rest of the afterbirth stuff, it should fall off. Good hatching. I'm also on day 20.

If I am reading your post correct, you had chicks hatching as early as the 18th day. That would indicate too high temperature and could explain the goo.
