worried newbie :(

Hi,got my 6 hens almost 2 weeks. all havn't started laying yet. they where laying right up untill i got them. One hen layed one this morning. is that a good sigh that the rest may follow???
Now what i really worried about is one of my little girls keeps hiding under her coop the last 2 days. right at the back and she will only peep out. very quiet. when i did coax her out she seem fiarly quiet compared to the rest and alot of her white feathers under her brown feathers where coming loose. could she be coming to the end of her molt. (giving i have been told when getting them that the ones with the white feathers are finished molting. they are hiliners by the way. excuse my spelling. just very worried as she seems to be keeping her distance from the other hens. they are all the same age. 11months.
Any advice would be great.

if the others are pecking at her, she may be hiding for that reason.

Is there any way i can sop the others from pecking at her. hey right old bullies ha.... cant be good for her hiding away like that
