Worried sick about my young duckling!!

Today my young duck started twitching his head nervously , and he seems to be very restless and weak.. I have never seen him do this before , so I gave him a couple shots of charcoal mixed with water in a dropper down his throat in hopes this may help whatever was going on with him but I am not really seeing a change and I am so scared for him and I don't know what to do! Please help me, anybody!

I don't know tons about ducks, but i would think electrolyte solution like chick saver and vitamins could not hurt and might help. How old is the duck and is it warm enough?
