That is so cute. They look like they must be soakingup some Sun. My first 4 Pekins I had, before the raccoon decided to eat them for dinner, loved it outside snow or no snow in the winter. My chickens on the other hand won't go out if there is snow. But they will if there is no snow on the ground.
They could go in to their hutch that has a nice thick layer of bedding. Right now they are right outside the patio door soaking up some leaked heat...LOL
My new Pekins and Cayuga are in a part of our dairy barn that we converted into a chicken coop and havent't been outside since it has truned cold. Hoping to get an entrance to the outside put in and get their yard fenced in this Spring.
I took pity on them and put a heated water container out with some added greens by the patio door. When they get done running around because I dared to enter their yard, they will have some warm cabbage "soup" to help them warm up a bit
