Would Like A Few Eggs To Incubate(Mixed ok)

Yes, sigh, I am back AGAIN. Shortly after I was here last, I had a relapse and only now recovering my energy.
Myself and daughter would really like a few eggs to incubate, still working on the whole ordinance thing but the good news is my aunt down the road says we can keep chickens there if need be.
I am also still trying to sell this place and find something else in the country to no avail.

We arent picky on breeds, mixed is fine, though I definitely had a soft spot in my heart for my silkies and silkie crosses.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
