Would Like to add new breed to list

I have a several Friesian Fowl that are a rare breed and could do with all help they can get. I was wondering if its possible to get it added to the breed list. Friesians are a wonderful breed that are good foragers and free rangers. they are small chickens but are good egg layers of good sized eggs. they are good fliers but become very tame if handled regularly and my Friesians will jump onto my lap if I sit outside. I really think they deserve a place on the breeds list as this would help advertise them as many people appear not to have even heard of them which is a great shame. they come in a few colors with the most common being silver and chamois penciled. They originate from the Frieisan Islands and have been around for over 100 years. they have white earlobes and slate blue legs.

I hope this breed will be considered to be added, if so how would one go about doing this?
