Would this be ok or not?

the temp is fine. i would try and get the humidity down to 65-70%

from what i have read to high of a humidity during lockdown is bad it can actually drown the chick after it has hatched. with each chick that hatches the humidty will go up since the chick needs to sit in the bator till it is all fluffed out and dry and when the last egg hatches, unless you have to remove the chick.

I read the humidity was suppose to be 90 for the last 3 days. Is 85 to high?

90 seems really high for me, I usually get mine around 65-70 and am content with that, I incubate at 45% humidity and lockdown between 60-70% humidity.
