wrong end of the egg,advice pls

Have a egg in my incubater piped at the small egg end, hasn't zipped any and its been 6hours.czn i help it? ?
Also have one that hatched and it is knocking my other eggs around, is this ok or do I need to make changes? ?
Please help me someone. Thks sn God Bless.
 
Do you have your brooder ready? You will need it for the chick. I would leave the one chick alone till its all dry. The peeping of that chick helps the unhatched to hatch as well. As for the one that is hatching from the wrong end; if it were mine I would let nature takes its course. In my experience if it makes it out it was meant to be otherwise you may have a special needs chick on your hands. obviously there was a problem in nature that it is coming out wrong. I have "helped" one out before only to kill it on accident when if I had only been patient it may have lived. That was an experience I never want to re-live again. I incubated 11 eggs. It was fun but a real hen makes the best incubator IMHO. Get your self a silkie hen or two they always go broody and make a way better brooder. Good Luck.

That's kinda what I was thinking to,yes my brooder is at 95dgs and ready, wow so the chirping from the hatched chick will push hatching on the other chicks, man didn't know that! ! Thank you. :)
