Wry/crooked neck or just a funny crow?

My neighbors complained about my cream legbar rooster crowing, so I put my sweet baby up for sale. He has a hilarious crow where he bends his neck at the beginning and then again at the end, so I put up a video of it. Someone who was interested in him saw the video of his crow and said that he probably has wry/crooked neck.

However, in the initial searching on the symptom (even viewing images and videos), the descriptions don't seem to closely match what my bird is experiencing. He doesn't appear to be sick at all. He only does the neck bend thing when he's crowing, and he does it every time he crows (same bend to the same side at the same parts of the crow). He's done it since he started crowing at about 5 months old. He's 10 months old now. If he's not crowing, there is zero neck bending. He's just a typical acting rooster otherwise.

Here's the video:

What do you think? Wry neck or just a funny crow?
