Wry neck due to injury

Hello. I have an almost 4 month old male jumbo Pekin duck with what I’m assuming is wry neck due to injury. While in the brooder, a small fan fell and (assuming) hit him. I know the wry neck is not due to deficiency because he’s eating, drinking, swimming and “being a boy” just fine. Is there anything I can do for him or is this a non fixable issue since it’s an injury? Thank you

I'm sorry to hear about your Duck.

Wry Neck is a neurological symptom - common causes are neck/head trauma/injury, disease, etc.

I would treat with vitamin therapy to see if that helps. Give him 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily.

Thank you. Where’s the best place to find both of those things? I’ve been looking around but am afraid of getting the wrong thing.

You can get those at Walmart and other pharmacies in generics. Spring Valley and Nature Made brands there are under $9 each.
