Wry neck or something else?

I have about a week-old chick with a head tilt. It will also spin in circles if it's startled. I was assuming it had wry neck and have been giving it Vit E and B Complex. So far, it's been doing really well. It doesn't seem to have any issues eating or drinking, it's very active and growing, poop is normal, etc. However, now I'm kind of wondering if it actually has wry neck or something else going on. It was hatched by one of my broody hens and was in a pen with her and 2 older chicks for a couple days. I'm wondering if maybe they injured it somehow or if it has some kind of neurological condition? I didn't see any blood or anything when I brought it in to treat it. I now have it inside with a few chicks closer to its own age. It can walk normal and only seems to spin in circles if it's startled. It'll do 2-3 spins and then run under the heat plate. But the head tilt is constant. So, does this sound like wry neck or something else? Should I continue the Vit E and B Complex? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Can you attach a picture of her head tilt? Has the head tilt gotten any better since giving Vit E and B complex? When you say spin in a circle do you mean like standing in place and spinning or doing a little circle while moving?

It's so fast I don't think I'd be able to get a good picture. If you look at the duck in my profile pic, the head tilt looks like that. I don't think it's gotten any better, but it hasn't gotten worse either. I've been doing to Vit E and B complex for about 4 days. And yes, it runs around in a circle, not spinning in place.
