Wry neck yes but why now???

My hen was attacked by a coon we think and I haven’t left her side since may. I have syringe fed her electrolytes water and sister egg yolk. Her eye was gone but reappears a month later and I finally got her ear open that was fused as rock shut it was like she had a stroke after she cood stand I had to teach her how to do walk eat drink sing ext. I put sweet oil in her ear thinking I was helping but it dwlveloped a hard white crust outside and i peeled it off but it’s gotten way worse I just now got rooster booster and I have bathed her in chamomile tea too. Please someone tell me I know I ****ed up and the vet flushed her ears but a month later and I’m still having problems she can walk but it’s hard for her to eat and balance she eats a lot but not these past few days but it still strong and full of life

Please do not ever place a chicken on their back, that suffocates them and it's a good way for them to aspirate on their crop.
What's her diet? Have you tried vitamin therapy? Did the vet out rule neurological trauma or infection?
She's not looking good at all, if she doesn't get better, you will want to consider putting her down. Wry neck is extremely uncomfortable.

What a sweet hen, what's her name?

She may have some ear infection which could partially be causing the Symptom Wry Neck.

Can you look inside the ear? I'd put One Drop of Peroxide in the ear, let it bubble up, then wipe it clear. Put a small amount of Triple Antibiotic Ointment in the ear. Work on the ear daily until there's no more infection.

Wry Neck is a Neurological Symptom, so I'd also give vitamin therapy to see if I could offer support. You can use human Vitamins that you find at Walmart, CVS, etc. Give 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4tablet B-Complex daily along with a little egg to help with the uptake of E.

It's good that the eye is intact. If she still has swelling or pus covering the eye, flush with saline, push out/remove any pus, then put Triple Antibiotic Ointment (Original Neosporin) or Terramycin eye ointment in the eye. Do this a couple of times a day.

Since she was attacked, suffered head/neck injuries and perhaps has some infection at play, it seems she's made recovery, but needs to get over this last hump. To help with any infection and inflammation, I'd also give an oral antibiotic. Baytril or Amoxicillin would be good choices.

Keep up with hydration and eating like you have been doing. She's eating on her own or you're having to hand feed? If hand feeding, you may want to try Torpedo Feeding which may be an efficient way for you.
