Is this considered wry tail??

And is it enough to get my bird DQ'ed??

This one is a little blurry, but you can see it leaning to the left

Disregard the poo stuck on her butt... It is too cold out to bathe right now

Hard to tell from that angle. Easier to tell with an over the back shot towards the tail.
