WTB Hens near Modesto CA

Hi

Well I lost 2 hens and i get the feeling one that is left if lonely. SO I am in need of a young hen or two. MAybe within the week. Please tell me. I prefer not to have em shipped, but I dont want her to go through "hen depression". After I sterilize the area, within the week, Ill get some hens. SO give me a heads up.

Hi Sindoora,
I'm debating whether to post this or not because I love my chickens, lol. But my husband thinks we have too many feathers and we will be getting more as my daughter will be doing poultry for 4-H. I have a Lakenvelder that I may part with so your chicken isn't alone. She was hatched 3/8/08 of this year and has been laying decently (White eggs). We are going into Hickman today for pictures (we homeschool thru the Charter school there). I'd be willing to meet you somewhere...
