My son is wanting a nice pair of ducks to show in 4 H.
Looking for some we could pick up in Ohio, or we are willing to
wait until the Ohio National this fall and pick up there.

I'll just sit here by my computer and wait for all the replies
to roll in.

Why not get a pair of call ducks which are a domestic bird and easier to handle and would be easier to show. Lots of color variety available, and would be so much easier for your son to handle. Mandarins and Woodies are flighty and really don't like being messed with. Great flight pen/eye candy ducks.

He started with calls, and is ready to move on. We have a large aviary type area for them.
It's even in the woods so they'll feel at home.
We see wild wood ducks every spring as the Hocking River passes
behind our house and they are in the trees outside my
kitchen window looking for nesting.

Linda Zeagler on here and also la mike on here both raise them. I can recommend both as good people to buy from.
