Ok I dont know what is going on with my chicks.

Over the past week they have been hunched up while standing and sneezing once in a while too. My pretty white splash australorp has had a raspy voice and for 1 day didnt want to eat, not even a meal worm! I took her out and held her for about 3 hours and kept her warm and she perked up, even her raspy voice cleared up.

So I went down and got some Tetracycline from the vet and the whole lot of them have been on the meds for 3 days, fresh water and everything, but still getting hunched up. But if I approach the brooder or talk to them they get very animated and curious about me. And they go nuts for meal worms and grit. Like they are not sick at all. One chick though, a 2 week old doesnt show much interest in anything unless I go to pick her up, then she freaks out. (shes not as tame as the australorps)

Im fastidious about cleanliness too, biosecurity and keeping feed, water, shavings always cleaned. I put ACV and vitamins in the water as well. All are eating, but I dont see full crops very often. I keep the feeder full at all times.

They are on medicated chick starter and are at 1 week-3 weeks old. No bloody poo, all poo looks normal.

My only other guess is that maybe they are getting too cold? The house temp is 18C and the brooder has two 150w Bulbs running. Should I replace them with my 250w heat bulb?

Also is it possible they are bored? do you have things in the brooder to interest them such as things to climb and perch on or a mirror? Do they have enough space in there?

Can you post some photos of the chicks, the poop and your brooder set-up?
What is the temperature under the lights of your brooder?

You mention that you are giving Tetracycline, but also they have fresh water, you are also adding ACV and vitamins to the water too. If the Tetracycline goes in the water, then make that the only water available to them.

Hunched up makes me think Coccidiosis. Chicks do sneeze on occasion, do they have watery eyes, cough or mucous too?

It's interesting they go nuts for mealworms and grit. Make the grit available free choice.
Mealworms make a great treat, do the chicks eat their normal food? If they aren't eating their starter, then look at the bag for the mill date to see how old it is.

Hopefully with photos and more information we can give you better suggestions.

I have ACV plus vitamins plus tetra all in the same water supply. There are no other waterers.

They are eating thier normal feed. I put grit in once a day because they kept tipping over the bowl.

They have a mirror, a perch, and a stuffed animal.

Its not cocci, ive seen that before. Poop is completely normal no mucus no blood no runny poo. Its normal greenish with a white thing.

I turned up the heat and they seem a little more perky so far.

I dont have photos right now. Ill try to get some soon.
