WW III just ended

She said she saw five. If that is true she killed four of five, for the dogs brought two dead fox today. Both had holes in thier pelts. She wants to be a vet, but I am thinking I can make a little money on the side by entrying her in some shooting contest.

If she shoots like this all the time I know a lot of good shots she can put to shame. We are taking her to the police range this Sunday.

sweet! i cant wait until my daughter can go shooting with me. i already have my eye on some "jr" rifles in the .22 caliber for her. so what age did you start teaching? my daughter is 18 months i am thinking the 4-5 yr range.

Julie started playing with her brothers toy guns at three or four. We let her shoot the BB gun at five and before she was six she wanted to shoot the 22 rifle. The boys started at about eight with the BB gun and about ten with the rifle. The youngest girl shows no interest in a gun right now, she will be eight this Dec. You have to give them the means if they want to shoot, but don't force it on them. If she wants to shooot she will. You might take her with you when you go target shooting. If your wife shoots she may pick up on it sooner.
