Thanks1 and 3 look like possible roosters. 7 probably a pullet, I believe 2, 5, and 6 are probably pullets, and 4 maybe a roo, but give them another few weeks.
Are these Blue Laced Red? Don't breed the bird in photo 5, it's a single comb sport that will be very problematic if allowed to procreate.
Wyandotte, (silver, gold, and BLR) can be sexed by feather pattern. The males at this age or soon will show solid coloring on shoulder and back.
