These are my beautiful Wyandottes. The one in the back was labeled blue laced Wyandotte and the one in the front with the pink comb was labeled gold laced. Bought at the same time. Pretty big difference in size between the two. They’re both really sweet. Thoughts?

The trick with wyandottes is the wattles AND comb growth. Watch for that. If the comb is pink but no wattles and no growth, youve got females. If you've got wattles and comb growing, then you have roos.

Hackle and saddle feathers should be coming in around 10-12 weeks. If those are really skinny/pointy and long...you've got roos (those are the ones around the neck and the cascade in front of the tail)

Here’s an update to post on the same thread! 9 weeks this week Dorothy is the BLW and Sophia (the black and gold one with waddles but no coloring in her comb) is supposed to be a GLW
