Wyandotte X Project and Lacing

Does anybody have pictures of the ideal lacing? Are all of the wing feathers supposed to be laced as well?

I have my first batch of chicks for a project my kids and I are working on. We haven't cared too much about pattern of the offspring more looking for function. But all of our babies are laced and we really like it so are going to try to improve and stick to the lacing. I'm not sure how much of them is incomplete lacing and how much is juvenile plumage. is it normal for the heads of the juveniles to be darker than the rest? They're just 6 weeks so are just getting to the fully feathered stage so now I have lots of questions!

You'll need to wait longer to see how their lacing will settle in. Their lacing will change some in the next molt. The APA standard book shows the correct lacing. But I can't find any good pics of it online.
