How do you like wyandootes? do they stand up to bullys, are they good layers, cold hardy and heat hardy? thanks

IMO, Silver-Laced Wyandottes are the most beautiful hens in existence.

However, I'm in a hot climate and I'm finding that of all my breeds the SLW is least happy with the heat.

I only have the one so I can't generalize about temperament, but she's the most docile bird in the flock -- even moreso than the Cochin. She even still squats for me when all the others stopped squatting for me when the cockerels got old enough to become flockmasters.
