Yeah, When Shmi ( Anikins Mother ) was bought and freed, She and her Husband ( Forgot his name ) Had a Son, Owen Lars.

And Owen Lars Is Obi Wan's Brother ( Don't ask about last names, I Got this from " Wookiepeidia " The Stars wars Wiki ) , Thus making him and Anikin Stepbrothers!
