I guess we all have neighbors like that. You go, farmer! I have a neighbor that, when he moved his house on the 5 acres adjoining mine, insisted that we sign an agreement stating that the cost of upkeep on our gravel road be shared by the both of us. Now, every time I mention adding more gravel, he can't afford it. I have kept the road up for 4 years now, scraping, grading, and spraying the grass. He lives above me, so I don't have a choice. He wants the country without the bother. I was doing just fine without him or his dogs. Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention that our road is about 1/4 mile long, so it ain't cheap...
