Yayyy!!!! Our first turquoise EE egg!!!!

Penelope, our adopted EE who had the impacted crop, has finally started laying! We adopted these girls about 3 weeks ago. Yesterday, her friend Brunhilda (BO) from the same flock, laid her first egg with us, but we figured Penelope would take longer as she'd been ill. Nope: today we got our first, lovely pale blue-green egg! Thanks Penny!
